He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with extensive experience in contracts, international treaties, and agreements. Holding a BA in Political Science & History, an LLB, a Master’s in International Studies (Diplomacy & International Relations), and several diplomas in law, human rights, and security studies, Mr. Mboya has a robust legal background. Mr. Mboya has served in various capacities, including Legal Specialist with UNDP, State Counsel in the Attorney General’s Office, CEO/Secretary of the Law Society of Kenya, and Commissioner at the Kenya Law Reform Commission. Currently in private practice at Apollo & Company Advocates, Mr. Mboya is a member of several professional organizations and was awarded the Head of State Commendation (HSC) in 2013.
